Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems for our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, robust, and secure solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Node.js, MongoDB, Express, and SQL.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and APIs for performance and scalability.
• Implement security measures to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure data privacy.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to identify and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to design guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in backend development and web technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a strong portfolio of backend projects developed using Node.js, MongoDB, Express, and SQL.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Solid understanding of backend development principles, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
